Over the last 40 years I've had 2 jobs, 31 years serving as a London firefighter and 9 years dog walking. Both careers have been fulfilling but for very different reasons and thankfully along the way I've also found contentment in pretty much all that I do, even on cold, rainy and challenging days!

Dog Walking
Working with dogs for me was a no-brainer, they are just fantastic animals! I'm an experienced walker working with no more than 4 dogs at any given time, I have the appropriate insurance, DBS checked and all walks are £15 per dog. Day care is provided at £30 per day, each dog will be collected and returned, for owners with multiple dogs I walk regularly a discount is available, please ask for details. Finally, all dogs have a GPS tracker attached whilst walking giving an additional level of safety.
The Working Day
My working day can consist of up to four walks, the early morning (08:00-09:00), the late morning (10:00-11:00), the early afternoon (12:00-13:00) and the late afternoon walk (14:00-15:00).
Vaccinations
For many owners, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are important, I understand this, in fact, many dog walkers insist that dogs are up to date with their vaccinations. There are however a growing number of dog owners who take a more holistic approach using titer testing and worm counting methods of control, I'm more than happy to discuss walking their dog.
